 | Diving since 1973 - Otto certified in the marine corps. He dove with the marines and now works now with the coastguard auxiliary doing search and rescue and working on the coastguard vessels. Otto went to college at Duke in North Carolina and has been with ocean legends for 2 years. Otto loves helping people get interested in diving and taking certified divers on tours of our underwater environment here in Hawaii. Otto has dived in Russia, Alaska, Hawaii, Florida and along the East Coast of the US. He is rebreather certified and loves all kinds of diving.
