Fox Exploration International (FEI), LLC reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. All offers are non-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by Fox Exploration International (FEI), LLC without separate announcement.

The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited; offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.

6. Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
All clients undertaking scuba diving do so at their own risk. By purchasing services, including undertaking dive excursions through Ocean Legends and/or Fox Exploration International (FEI) LLC, the client assumes all liability and risk as detailed in the PADI Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement; PADI Agreement on Safe Diving Practices; and PADI Medical Release Form - all available on this website as PDFs.

7. Sales Policy, Charter Bookings and Cancellations
All sales on training and equipment are final, but you have 12 months within which to schedule your training.  All dive charter booking and reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to commencement time or you are fully responsible for the cost of the dive. Cancellation or changes before that time are at zero cost. Ocean Legends can not be held liable for dive cancellations due to weather and/or ocean conditions, and/or acts of Mother Nature.  

8. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the Ocean Legends/Fox Exploration International (FEI) LLC website. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
