Location: West Side of Oahu
Depth: 65-90 ft
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
The airplane that gives this West Oahu dive site its name sits at 90 ft nestled between two ledges which creates a large V-shaped configuration that’s fun to explore. Trumpetfish, eels and blue-striped snapper are just some of the unique marine life you’ll find here. Under the overhangs, you might also spot a spiny lobster hiding, a white tip reef shark, or large eels and cleaner shrimp. A trip to Kea’au Corners with its intricate caverns and vibrant reef usually completes your two dives of the day.
